What Is Naturopathy?
Naturopathy - also called naturopathic medicine - is a medical system that uses natural therapies and promotes the body’s innate ability to heal itself.
Naturopathy focuses on holistic, individualised care to treat the root cause of imbalance or disease rather than just symptoms using methods like nutritional medicine, herbal medicine, lifestyle counselling to support physical, mental and emotional health.
