1. About these Terms

These Terms and Conditions govern your access to the Body Mind Heart Soul Integrative Healing website, social media content, appointments, programs, products, resources and related services.

In these Terms:

  • "we", "us" and "our" mean Olga Bokalova, trading as Body Mind Heart Soul Integrative Healing;

  • "you" and "your" mean a website visitor, client, customer or purchaser;

  • "Services" means the consultations, treatments, programs, workshops, courses and other services we offer;

  • "Products" means any physical or digital products we sell or supply; and

  • "Website" means www.thebodymindheartsoul.com and associated online pages we control.

By accessing our Website, booking or attending an appointment, enrolling in a program, or purchasing a Product or Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Website or purchase from us.

Specific written terms may also apply to a particular Service, program or Product. If specific terms conflict with these general Terms, the specific terms apply to the extent of that inconsistency.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a contract to purchase our Services unless we expressly agree to work with a minor.

Where we accept a client under 18:

  • a parent or legal guardian must provide informed consent;

  • the parent or guardian may be required to attend appointments;

  • the parent or guardian is responsible for payment; and

  • additional consent and privacy arrangements may apply.

You must provide accurate, complete and current information when booking, purchasing or communicating with us.

3. Our Services

Body Mind Heart Integrative Healing offers, or may offer from time to time, services such as individual consultations, group programs, educational workshops, retreats, corporate wellbeing sessions, professional speaking engagements, keynote presentations, seminars, webinars, panel appearances, training sessions, and related educational resources.

The services currently available, together with their fees, format, duration, inclusions and eligibility requirements, will be described on our Website, booking page, proposal or written service agreement. The inclusion of a service in these Terms does not guarantee that it is currently available.

The content, format, duration, inclusions, price and availability of each Service are described on the Website, booking page, proposal or service agreement. We may reasonably update or discontinue Services, provided this does not affect rights already accrued or Services already purchased without an appropriate alternative or remedy.

We may decide that a Service is not suitable for you or is outside our qualifications, competence or professional scope. In that case, we may decline or discontinue the Service and, where appropriate, recommend that you contact another qualified practitioner.

4. Nature and Scope of Services

Body Mind Heart Integrative Healing is operated by Olga Bokalova. Olga is a qualified and registered naturopath and a certified Root Cause Therapy Practitioner, certified Embodied Processing practitioner, certified Emotion Release Technique Practioner and certified Somatic Acupoint Tapping Practitioner.

Services are provided within Olga's qualifications, training, competence, professional scope, and insurance coverage. The services are intended to support health, wellbeing, and personal development.

Olga is not a medical doctor, psychologist, psychotherapist or psychiatrist unless expressly stated otherwise. The Services do not provide emergency medical care and are not a substitute for medical diagnosis, treatment, psychiatric care, psychological care, psychotherapy, or advice from an appropriately qualified healthcare professional.

You should maintain an appropriate relationship with your GP and any other healthcare professionals involved in your care. You must not stop or change prescribed medication, medical treatment, or an existing care plan without first consulting the healthcare professional responsible for that treatment.

Any information, observations, education, wellbeing practices, or recommendations Olga provides must be considered in light of your individual circumstances. Where appropriate, you should obtain advice or clearance from your GP or another suitably qualified healthcare professional before acting on them.

Olga does not claim to diagnose, treat, prevent, or cure any disease or medical condition except to the extent that she is lawfully qualified and authorised to provide a particular service. She may decline, pause, or discontinue a Service and recommend another provider if your needs fall outside her qualifications, competence, professional scope, or insurance coverage.

Workshops, webinars, speaking engagements, keynote presentations, and educational resources provide general information only. Participation does not, by itself, establish a practitioner-client relationship, and the information presented is not personalised healthcare advice.

5. Medical and Emergency Disclaimer

Our Website and Services do not provide emergency or crisis assistance. They must not be used where urgent medical, psychiatric or emergency care is required.

If you are experiencing a medical emergency, severe symptoms, serious adverse effects, or immediate danger:

  • call 000 in Australia;

  • attend your nearest hospital emergency department; or

  • contact your GP or another appropriate emergency or crisis service.

If you are outside Australia, contact your local emergency service.

Do not delay seeking professional or emergency assistance because of information on our Website, social media pages or other materials.

6. Information and Educational Content

Information on our Website, social media accounts, emails, workshops, downloads and other resources is general information only. It does not take into account your complete health history, needs, circumstances or objectives and is not individual medical, psychological, legal or financial advice.

While we take reasonable care when preparing content, information can become outdated or may contain errors. To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee that content is complete, current, accurate or suitable for a particular purpose.

Merely using the Website, following our social media accounts or downloading general resources does not create a practitioner-client relationship. Such a relationship begins only when we expressly accept you as a client through our booking, intake and consent process.

7. Your Health and Disclosure Responsibilities

You are responsible for giving us information that is accurate, complete and relevant to the Service. This may include information about:

  • your health history, symptoms and diagnosed conditions;

  • medication, supplements and complementary products;

  • allergies, sensitivities and adverse reactions;

  • pregnancy or breastfeeding;

  • current treatment and treating practitioners;

  • injuries, mobility needs and other physical limitations;

  • mental health concerns relevant to safe participation; and

  • changes in your condition after an appointment.

Tell us promptly if your health, medication, treatment or circumstances change. Failure to disclose relevant information may affect whether a Service is appropriate or safe.

You remain responsible for deciding whether to implement any information or recommendation. Ask questions if you do not understand something and seek medical clearance where appropriate before making significant changes to medication, diet, exercise, treatment or lifestyle.

8. Risks and Informed Participation

Health and wellbeing practices may involve risks, discomfort, emotional responses or unintended effects. The particular risks depend on the Service and your individual circumstances.

Possible risks may include temporary fatigue, soreness, dizziness, digestive changes, emotional discomfort, allergic reactions, interactions between substances, or aggravation of an existing condition. This list is not exhaustive.

Before participating, you must tell us about concerns or conditions that may affect your safety. You may ask questions, decline a recommendation or withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect fees already properly incurred or our cancellation policy.

If you experience an unexpected or adverse reaction, stop the relevant activity or Product and seek suitable assistance. In an emergency, call 000. You should also notify us when safe to do so.

Additional informed-consent documentation may apply to particular Services.

9. Results and Testimonials

Individual results vary. They may be affected by health status, consistency, external care, lifestyle, environment and other factors outside our control.

We do not promise or guarantee a particular health, personal, emotional, financial or business outcome or a particular timeframe.

Testimonials, case studies and reviews describe individual experiences. They do not represent typical or guaranteed outcomes.

10. Online Consultations

Unless otherwise stated, online appointments are delivered remotely by video using Practice better platform. Appointments operate in Sydney/Melbourne time, being AEST or AEDT as applicable. You are responsible for confirming the correct local time, including daylight-saving differences.

You are responsible for:

  • having a suitable device and reliable internet connection;

  • installing or accessing required software;

  • testing your audio, camera and connection;

  • choosing a private and reasonably safe location;

  • ensuring you are not driving during the appointment; and

  • protecting the confidentiality of your surroundings and device.

We are not responsible for technical problems outside our reasonable control. If a substantial disruption occurs, we may continue by another agreed method, reschedule the remaining time or provide another reasonable solution.

Appointments are video-based unless we agree otherwise in advance. Requests for telephone or an alternative format must be emailed before the appointment and are not guaranteed.

For safety and professional reasons, we may require your physical location and an emergency contact for remote appointments.

11. In-Person Services

Where in-person Services are offered, you must follow reasonable health, safety, access and conduct requirements at the premises.

Tell us before attending if you have a communicable illness or symptoms that could place others at risk. We may offer an online alternative, reschedule the appointment or apply the cancellation policy, depending on the circumstances and what is reasonable.

You are responsible for your travel, parking and punctual arrival unless otherwise stated.

12. Bookings

Appointments are subject to availability and are not confirmed until you receive booking confirmation and any required payment has been made.

You are responsible for choosing the correct appointment type. If you select an unsuitable appointment, we may reasonably:

  • change the appointment type or duration;

  • reschedule it;

  • adjust how it is delivered;

  • charge an advertised price difference; or

  • charge a reasonable administration fee disclosed before it is incurred.

We will not impose an additional fee without informing you of it.

We may decline or cancel a booking where reasonably necessary, including where the Service is outside our scope, there is a safety concern, payment has not been received, required information has not been supplied, or the practitioner is unavailable.

13. Intake Forms and Preparation

You must complete required intake, consent and screening forms and supply relevant documents at least 48 hours before your appointment, unless we specify another deadline.

You must ensure pathology reports and other records are lawfully obtained and accurate. Do not alter records or provide another person's information without authority.

If required information arrives late or is incomplete, we may be unable to prepare adequately and may:

  • proceed using the information available;

  • limit the scope of the appointment;

  • defer recommendations; or

  • reschedule the appointment.

If rescheduling is reasonably necessary because you did not provide required material on time, the cancellation and rescheduling policy may apply.

14. Fees, Currency and Payment

Unless stated otherwise:

  • prices are in Australian dollars;

  • prices include GST where GST is applicable;

  • payment is required in full when booking;

  • if no payment date is stated, payment is due at least 24 hours before the appointment; and

  • unpaid bookings may be cancelled.

Payments are processed through Practice Better Platform or by direct bank transfer using the account details shown on the invoice or otherwise provided by Body Mind Heart Integrative Healing. Your use of that provider may also be governed by its terms and privacy policy.

You authorise us and our payment provider to process charges you approve. You must not initiate an improper chargeback for a valid charge. This does not limit your right to dispute an unauthorised or incorrect transaction or exercise rights under Australian Consumer Law.

We may change prices for future purchases. A price change will not retrospectively alter the confirmed price of a booking unless you agree or there was an obvious error that we promptly correct before supply.

15. Payment Plans and Recurring Payments

Where we offer a payment plan or subscription, you authorise scheduled charges in accordance with the payment schedule disclosed at purchase.

A payment plan divides the total price into instalments; it is not necessarily a pay-as-you-go arrangement. Cancelling participation does not automatically cancel amounts already due under an agreed fixed-term program, subject to these Terms, the program's specific terms and applicable law.

If a payment fails, we may:

  • notify you and retry the payment;

  • request another payment method;

  • suspend access to unpaid Services or content; or

  • recover reasonable costs lawfully incurred in collecting an overdue debt.

We will give reasonable notice where practicable. Any late or administration fee must have been disclosed and must be lawful and reasonable.

16. Cancellations and Rescheduling by You

You must give at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Unless we agree otherwise:

  • notice of 24 to 48 hours may incur a fee of 50% of the appointment price;

  • notice of less than 24 hours incurs 100% of the appointment price;

  • failure to attend incurs 100% of the appointment price;

  • one reschedule is permitted per booking; and

  • a rescheduled appointment must occur within eight weeks of the original appointment, subject to availability.

A request is received when it reaches contact email hello@thebodymindheartsoul.com. Messages sent to social media accounts are not accepted as formal cancellation notices unless we confirm otherwise.

We may consider exceptional circumstances at our discretion. This does not create an obligation to waive fees in every similar case.

Cancellation charges are intended to reasonably reflect reserved practitioner time and related loss. They will not be applied where doing so would be unlawful, unconscionable or inconsistent with your non-excludable rights.

17. Late Arrival

If you arrive late, the appointment may still finish at its scheduled time so that later clients are not affected. The full fee remains payable.

If you are so late that the Service cannot reasonably or safely be delivered, we may treat the appointment as a late cancellation or no-show.

If we begin substantially late, we will provide the booked duration where practicable or offer a reasonable alternative.

18. Cancellations by Us

We may cancel or reschedule because of illness, emergency, technical failure, safety concerns or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

If we cancel and cannot provide a suitable alternative, you may choose a credit, rescheduling or refund for the affected Service. We are not responsible for indirect costs such as travel, accommodation or lost income except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

19. Refunds and Australian Consumer Law

Except where required by law, fees are not refundable for:

  • completed Services;

  • missed appointments;

  • late cancellations;

  • a change of mind;

  • failure to use a Service during its stated validity period; or

  • dissatisfaction arising solely because a hoped-for result was not achieved.

However, our Services and Products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Depending on the circumstances, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, re-supply, cancellation, refund or compensation where a Product or Service fails to meet an applicable consumer guarantee.

Nothing in these Terms limits those rights.

To request a remedy, email [CONTACT EMAIL] with your name, purchase details, reason for the request and supporting information.

20. Packages and Programs

Packages and programs must be used within the validity period stated at purchase. If no period is stated, they must generally be used within 6 months of purchase, subject to applicable law.

Package inclusions are personal to the purchaser and cannot be transferred or shared without written approval.

Missed sessions and late cancellations may be treated as used sessions. A request to pause or extend a program due to illness, pregnancy, hardship or other exceptional circumstances will be considered reasonably and may require supporting information.

If you withdraw early, fees already paid or remaining instalments will be handled under the specific program terms, the value of Services already supplied, reasonable committed costs and applicable law.

21. Communication Between Appointments

The accepted method of communication outside appointments is email at hello@thebodymindheartsoul.com.

Administrative matters may be handled by email. Clinical or complex health discussions generally require a booked appointment so that they can be addressed safely and properly documented.

Unless a Service expressly includes between-session support:

  • email is not monitored continuously;

  • responses are provided within 2-5 business days;

  • we do not provide emergency assistance by email or social media;

  • extensive questions always require another appointment; and

  • advice should not be inferred from the absence of a response.

Do not send urgent or emergency concerns by email.

22. Products, Supplements and Testing

If we recommend or supply supplements, wellness products, laboratory testing or third-party services:

  • follow the supplied instructions and applicable labels;

  • do not share an individualised recommendation with another person;

  • disclose medication, supplements, allergies and relevant conditions;

  • tell us and seek appropriate assistance if you experience an adverse reaction; and

  • understand that a recommendation does not guarantee a particular outcome.

A recommendation may involve a third-party supplier or laboratory. Unless we manufacture or directly control the item or service, availability, shipping, processing times and laboratory methods may be controlled by that third party.

You are responsible for following test-collection and preparation instructions. Incorrect or incomplete collection may affect results and may require retesting at additional cost.

We will disclose commissions, referral arrangements or material commercial interests where required by law or professional obligations.

23. Physical Products, Delivery and Returns

If we sell physical Products, prices, delivery fees and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout or otherwise communicated before purchase.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Risk in Products passes as provided by applicable law. You must provide an accurate delivery address and promptly notify us of delivery issues.

Change-of-mind returns are accepted only where stated in our returns policy. For health, hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used Products may not be returnable unless faulty or otherwise covered by law.

Your Australian Consumer Law rights remain unaffected.

24. Digital Products and Downloads

Digital Products and downloads are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use unless otherwise stated.

You must not copy, reproduce, share, upload, resell, distribute, modify or commercially exploit them without written permission.

We take reasonable measures to provide functional files but cannot guarantee compatibility with every device or that online access will be uninterrupted. You are responsible for suitable technology and reasonable cybersecurity protections.

Any refund restriction for digital content is subject to Australian Consumer Law.

25. Workshops, Group Programs and Communities

When participating in a group Service, you must behave respectfully and protect the privacy of other participants.

You must not record, photograph, screenshot, copy or disclose another participant's identity, story or personal information without their express consent.

Although we set expectations for confidentiality, we cannot guarantee that every participant will comply. Share only what you are comfortable disclosing in a group setting.

We may remove a participant for threatening, discriminatory, abusive, disruptive, unlawful or unsafe conduct. Refund entitlement will depend on the circumstances and applicable law.

26. Recording Appointments

You must not record an appointment, workshop or group session without the prior consent of everyone involved.

We will not record a session without notifying you and obtaining any consent required by law. Where a recording is authorised, its permitted use, storage and access will be explained.

27. Privacy and Health Information

We handle personal information in accordance with applicable privacy laws and our Privacy Policy, available at [PRIVACY POLICY URL].

To provide Services, we may collect sensitive information, including health information. We collect, use, disclose, store and protect that information for purposes connected with providing Services, administration, safety, legal compliance and other purposes described in our Privacy Policy and consent forms.

We may use third-party platforms for bookings, video consultations, payments, email, recordkeeping, forms or storage. Some providers may process or store information outside Australia. Relevant details should be set out in our Privacy Policy.

Do not send highly sensitive information through insecure channels or social media.

28. Confidentiality

We will treat information shared in a professional consultation as confidential, subject to legal and professional exceptions.

We may disclose information where:

  • you consent;

  • disclosure is reasonably necessary to provide the Service;

  • disclosure is required or authorised by law;

  • there is a serious threat to life, health or safety and disclosure is permitted;

  • mandatory reporting obligations apply; or

  • information is needed to obtain confidential professional, legal or insurance advice.

Where reasonable and lawful, we will limit disclosure to what is necessary.

29. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, all Website content, branding, text, graphics, resources, videos, audio, course materials, protocols, worksheets and downloads are owned by or licensed to us and protected by intellectual-property laws.

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use purchased materials for their intended personal purpose.

You must not, without prior written permission:

  • reproduce or distribute our content;

  • share paid content or login credentials;

  • modify or create derivative commercial materials;

  • teach, publish, sell or sublicense our materials;

  • remove copyright or proprietary notices;

  • scrape or systematically extract Website content; or

  • use our content to train an artificial-intelligence system or build a competing product or service.

Your personal records and materials remain yours. If you supply content to us, you confirm that you have the right to do so and grant us the limited rights reasonably required to provide the Service.

30. Testimonials, Reviews and Client Content

We will not publish your identifiable testimonial, image, story or case study for marketing without appropriate permission.

If you voluntarily submit a review or testimonial for publication, you grant us permission to reproduce and display it in the agreed form. You may withdraw permission for future use by contacting us, although we may not be able to recall material already lawfully printed or distributed.

We may edit a testimonial for length or clarity but will not materially misrepresent its meaning.

31. Acceptable Website Use

You must not:

  • use the Website unlawfully or fraudulently;

  • interfere with its operation or security;

  • introduce malware or harmful code;

  • attempt unauthorised access;

  • collect information about others without authority;

  • impersonate another person;

  • post defamatory, threatening or infringing material;

  • misuse forms, comments or communication channels;

  • use automated systems to scrape or overload the Website; or

  • use our Website or content to harm us or another person.

We may restrict access, cancel an account or refuse future service where reasonably necessary to protect our business, clients, systems or legal rights.

32. Accounts and Security

If an account is required, you must keep login credentials confidential and notify us promptly of suspected unauthorised use.

You are responsible for activity occurring through your account to the extent caused by your failure to take reasonable security precautions. We may suspend access while investigating a security concern.

33. External Links and Third-Party Services

Our Website may link to third-party sites or use external platforms. Links are provided for convenience and do not necessarily constitute endorsement.

Third parties control their own content, availability, security, products, terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for third-party acts or omissions except to the extent the law provides otherwise.

You should review a third party's terms and privacy policy before using its service.

34. Website Availability and Cybersecurity

We take reasonable steps to maintain the Website and protect our systems, but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free or virus-free access.

You are responsible for maintaining backups, current security software and appropriate safeguards for your device. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for loss caused by malicious activity or technical events outside our reasonable control.

We may suspend the Website for maintenance, security, updates or operational reasons.

35. Professional Boundaries and Conduct

A safe and respectful professional relationship is required. Harassment, threats, discrimination, abuse, boundary violations, unlawful conduct or conduct that creates an unreasonable safety risk will not be accepted.

We may end a session immediately and suspend or terminate Services where reasonably necessary. Depending on the circumstances, fees for time reserved or Services already delivered may remain payable, subject to applicable law.

We may also end the professional relationship where the Service is no longer appropriate, there is a conflict of interest, required information is withheld, invoices remain unpaid, or the relationship is no longer therapeutically or professionally workable. Where appropriate, we will give reasonable notice and suggest alternative support.

36. Disclaimer and Consumer Guarantees

To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranty that:

  • the Website will always be available or error-free;

  • general information will suit your individual circumstances;

  • a Service will produce a specific outcome; or

  • third-party platforms, Products or services will always be available.

These exclusions do not apply to guarantees, warranties or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

37. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability arising under applicable consumer law.

Subject to that qualification and to the extent permitted by law:

  • we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss;

  • we are not liable for loss caused by inaccurate, incomplete or withheld information supplied by you;

  • we are not liable for decisions made contrary to express safety instructions or outside the intended scope of our Services; and

  • where lawful, our aggregate liability relating to a Service is limited to the amount paid for that Service or the cost of supplying it again.

Any limitation applies only to the maximum extent allowed by law and does not exclude liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or liability that legislation prohibits us from excluding.

38. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to compensate us for reasonably foreseeable loss, liability or expense arising from:

  • your unlawful use of the Website or Services;

  • your breach of these Terms;

  • your infringement of another person's rights; or

  • information or content you provide without authority.

This indemnity does not apply to the extent that loss was caused or contributed to by our negligence, breach of contract, unlawful conduct or failure to comply with a non-excludable obligation.

39. Events Outside Reasonable Control

Neither party is responsible for delay or failure caused by events outside their reasonable control, such as natural disasters, serious illness, government restrictions, internet or utility failure, industrial action or failure of a critical third-party platform.

The affected party must take reasonable steps to minimise disruption. If a Service cannot be provided within a reasonable time, the parties will discuss rescheduling, credit, cancellation or a refund as required by law.

40. Complaints

We welcome the opportunity to address concerns.

Please send complaints to [CONTACT EMAIL] and include:

  • your name and contact details;

  • the relevant appointment, Product or Service;

  • what occurred;

  • the outcome you seek; and

  • relevant supporting information.

We will acknowledge the complaint within [5] business days and aim to respond substantively within [14] business days. Complex matters may take longer, in which case we will provide an update.

This process does not restrict your right to contact an applicable regulator, professional association, consumer-protection agency or dispute-resolution body.

41. Suspension and Termination

You may stop using the Website at any time and may terminate ongoing Services in accordance with the applicable cancellation or program terms.

We may suspend or terminate access where:

  • you materially breach these Terms;

  • payment remains overdue;

  • your conduct is unsafe, abusive or unlawful;

  • continuing would be outside our scope or create a conflict;

  • we are legally or professionally required to stop; or

  • termination is otherwise reasonably necessary.

Provisions concerning payment, confidentiality, privacy, intellectual property, liability, disputes and accrued rights continue after termination where their nature requires it.

42. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to our Services, practices or legal obligations.

The current version will be published on our Website with its effective date. Changes apply prospectively unless the law permits otherwise. If a material change affects an ongoing paid Service, we will give reasonable notice and will not materially reduce what you purchased without an appropriate remedy.

43. Electronic Communications

You agree that notices, invoices, confirmations and other communications may be provided electronically using the contact details you supply.

You must keep your details current and check your spam or junk folder. Marketing communications will be sent and managed in accordance with applicable spam and privacy laws.

44. Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises, either party should first give the other written notice describing the issue and desired resolution.

The parties will attempt to resolve the dispute in good faith through direct discussion. If unresolved within 30 days, either party may propose mediation with an independent mediator in [STATE/TERRITORY], with mediation costs shared equally unless otherwise agreed.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent relief, making a complaint to a regulator or consumer agency, or exercising a right that cannot lawfully be restricted.

45. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [STATE OR TERRITORY, AUSTRALIA].

Subject to any non-excludable rights concerning jurisdiction, the parties submit to the courts of that State or Territory and applicable Commonwealth courts.

46. General Provisions

If any provision is invalid or unenforceable, it will be read down where possible and otherwise severed without affecting the remaining provisions.

A failure or delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver of that right.

You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our written consent. We may transfer ours as part of a genuine business restructure or sale, subject to law and without reducing your rights.

These Terms, together with any applicable service-specific terms, booking information, consent forms and policies, constitute the agreement concerning the relevant Website use, Product or Service.
